It seems that not everyone can register and become a registered developer for the iPhone. Apple is sending letters of rejection by e-mail. Twitterers their shots are tweets in protest and anger.

According to The Unofficial Apple Weblog, people interested in the development of the iPhone are rejected by the thousands.

Erica Sadun writes: “If you asked the iPhone from Apple Developer program, check e-mail your letter of refusal. Apple intentionally limits effectiveness of third-party apps with SDK
